More Details on Our Top Picks
Squishmallows Micromallows Holiday Advent Calendar
This advent calendar stands out for offering a fun and festive way to count down to Christmas with 24 miniature Squishmallows. Unlike larger plush options, its 2.5-inch size makes it perfect for holiday decor or gift-giving, but it may not satisfy collectors seeking larger, more huggable plush. Its official licensing and inclusion of popular characters like Benny the Bigfoot give it collectible appeal, especially for dedicated fans. However, the small size limits its use as a cuddly companion and makes it less suitable for those wanting plush toys they can hug or display year-round. This option is ideal for families or individuals who want a playful, seasonal decoration and enjoy themed countdowns. On the downside, it’s limited to the holiday season and may feel repetitive for collectors uninterested in holiday themes.
Pros:- Includes 24 miniature plush Squishmallows for daily countdown fun
- Official Squishmallows product with collectible appeal
- Features popular characters like Benny the Bigfoot and Cam the Cat
Cons:- Small size may not appeal to those preferring larger plush toys
- Limited to holiday season use and may feel repetitive
Best for: Holiday countdown enthusiasts and collectors looking for festive decor
Not ideal for: Buyers wanting larger, everyday plush toys or non-seasonal collectibles
- Size:2.5 inches
- Number of Items:24
- Theme:Holiday/Christmas
Our verdict“This advent calendar is perfect for holiday countdown fans who enjoy collectible, festive plushies in a compact size.”
Squishmallows Original Holiday 4-Pack – Official Jazwares Plush (Little) – Amazon Exclusive
This holiday 4-pack makes a great gift for fans seeking variety, featuring four distinct characters—Maritza the Cactus, Stevon the Golden Retriever, Clayton the Blue Cow, and Tinsley the Peppermint Latte. Compared to single plush purchases, it offers diversity and a quick way to build a small holiday collection. Its ultrasoft plush material ensures a cuddly experience, but the lack of detailed size info makes it harder to gauge if it suits all ages, especially younger children. While ideal for gifting or holiday decoration, it’s limited to seasonal use and less versatile outside the holidays. This set is best suited for those who want multiple characters in one package, such as families or collectors of holiday-themed plushies. However, buyers seeking larger or more durable plush toys might find it less satisfying.
Pros:- Includes four unique, character-rich plush toys
- Made from ultrasoft plush for comfort and cuddling
- Official Jazwares product, exclusive to Amazon
Cons:- Limited to holiday-themed characters, reducing year-round appeal
- No size details, so suitability for younger children is unclear
Best for: Gift-givers and collectors wanting a variety of holiday plushies in one set
Not ideal for: Buyers seeking larger, non-seasonal plush or plush toys for everyday use
- Includes:4 Squishmallows
- Characters:Maritza, Stevon, Clayton, Tinsley
- Material:Ultrasoft plush
Our verdict“This set is ideal for holiday gift-givers and collectors wanting a variety of festive plushies in one purchase.”
Squishmallows 5-Inch Holiday Plush 6-Pack – Christmas Cozy Squad
This 6-pack offers a variety of 5-inch plush characters like Cam the Calico Cat and Darla the Reindeer, making it a versatile choice for holiday decorating or gift-giving. Their compact size makes them easy to carry and perfect for cuddling, yet some may find the 5-inch scale too small for those seeking larger plush toys for hugging or display. Compared with larger options like the 12-inch Hedda the Milk for Santa, these are more suited for small hands or as part of a festive display. The detailed holiday accessories and character diversity make them appealing for decorating, but their seasonal nature limits their usefulness beyond Christmas time. This set is ideal for those who want small, festive plushes for gifts or decorations, though it might not satisfy plush collectors seeking larger or more versatile toys.
Pros:- Includes a variety of festive characters in one set
- Compact 5-inch size perfect for gifting or decorating
- Detailed holiday accessories add to visual appeal
Cons:- Limited to 5-inch size, may not suit those seeking larger plush toys
- Only suitable for holiday-themed use, not for year-round display
Best for: Holiday decorators and small plush collectors who enjoy festive, portable toys
Not ideal for: Buyers wanting larger plush toys for cuddling or year-round display
- Quantity:6-pack
- Size:5 inches
- Characters:Cam, Darla, Brooke, Milanda, Lala, Ryan
Our verdict“This set suits holiday decorators and small plush fans looking for festive, portable plushies for seasonal use.”
Squishmallows 8in Fleur the Yule Log with Holly – Official Holiday Plush
Fleur the Yule Log offers a charming, festive plush reflecting Christmas traditions, with an 8-inch size that strikes a balance between cuddling and display. Its unique design and detailed accessories make it more distinctive than smaller holiday plushies like the 5-inch set, but it may be too niche for those who prefer more classic or traditional holiday characters. The plush’s soft, ultrasoft material ensures a cozy feel, and the included bio adds collectibility. However, its specific holiday theme means it’s less versatile for year-round use and may not appeal to those seeking larger plush for cuddling. This pick makes the most sense for collectors or decorators wanting a whimsical, stand-out piece for seasonal displays.
Pros:- Soft, ultrasoft plush material for comfort
- Unique, festive character design with holiday accessories
- Includes a bio and name for added collectibility
Cons:- Limited to an 8-inch size, not suitable for big cuddler fans
- Design may be too niche for everyday collection or use
Best for: Holiday decorators and collectors seeking a whimsical, festive plush for display
Not ideal for: Buyers wanting larger plush toys or those seeking toys suitable for year-round cuddling
- Brand:Squishmallows
- Toy Figure Type:Stuffed Toy
- Character:Fleur the Yule Log with Holly
- Size:8 inches
- Included Components:1 Plush
- Model Series:Original Squishmallows
Our verdict“This plush is perfect for collectors and decorators wanting a whimsical, seasonal piece with a distinctive holiday theme.”
Squishmallows 12in Hedda the Milk for Santa Plush
Hedda the Milk for Santa offers a generous 12-inch size, making it an ideal choice for those seeking larger, cuddly holiday plush. Its ultrasoft fabric ensures a cozy feel, and the character’s fun holiday theme adds to its appeal as a seasonal collectible. Compared to smaller plush like the 8-inch Fleur the Yule Log, Hedda provides more substantial comfort and presence, but its larger size may not be suitable for very young children or those with limited space. The plush’s holiday-specific nature limits its use outside the season, and medium size might not appeal to those wanting compact toys for travel or small hands. This pick is best for buyers wanting a bigger plush to display or cuddle during the holidays, though it’s less convenient for portable use or year-round decor.
Pros:- Large 12-inch size offers cuddly comfort
- Ultrasoft, high-quality plush material
- Officially licensed Squishmallows character with a fun holiday theme
Cons:- Limited to holiday use, reducing year-round versatility
- Medium size may not suit very young children or small spaces
Best for: Families or individuals seeking a larger, cuddly holiday plush for seasonal use
Not ideal for: Buyers wanting smaller plush toys or non-seasonal collectibles
- Size:12 inches
- Material:Ultrasoft plush
- Character:Hedda the Milk for Santa
Our verdict“This plush is a great choice for those who want a sizeable, cuddly holiday companion for seasonal enjoyment.”
Squishmallows 14in Nick the Santa Claus Plush
This 14-inch Nick the Santa Claus plush stands out for its ultrasoft, high-quality material and playful Santa Hawaiian shirt, making it a charming collectible and cuddly companion. Compared with larger plush options like Ulysses the Black Christmas Tree, Nick is more manageable for everyday cuddling and display. However, its appeal is somewhat limited to those already interested in Squishmallows or holiday-themed toys, and it might not attract collectors seeking more elaborate or larger figures. The plush’s softness and authenticity seal make it ideal for fans who value quality and character. Its size strikes a balance—big enough for cuddling but not unwieldy for small hands.
Pros:- Soft and high-quality plush material for cuddling
- Unique Santa-themed character with fun design
- Official Squishmallows product with authenticity seal
Cons:- Limited appeal strictly to Squishmallows fans or holiday collectors
- Relatively small size may not satisfy those seeking larger plush toys
Best for: Holiday gift buyers seeking a soft, collectible plush with a fun Santa theme, especially fans of Squishmallows and Christmas decor.
Not ideal for: Buyers looking for large or highly detailed holiday decorations, or those seeking plush toys suitable for very young children needing extra durability.
- Size:14 inches
- Character:Nick the Santa Claus
- Material:Ultrasoft plush
Our verdict“This plush makes a great gift for fans of Squishmallows or holiday collectors who want a soft, unique Santa character.”
Squishmallows Original Holiday Micromallows Plush Bouquet
This holiday-themed Micromallows bouquet offers three tiny 2.5-inch plush characters—Laurel the Christmas Tree, Zumir the Peppermint Moose, and Brooke the Polar Bear—making it a versatile, space-saving option. Unlike larger plush options like Ulysses, these Micromallows are ideal for display, attaching to holiday decor, or gifting in small packages. Their diminutive size means they lack the detailed features of bigger plushes and may not satisfy collectors seeking more substantial, cuddly toys. The included trio provides variety, but their small size limits their play value, making them best suited for collectors or as decorative accents.
Pros:- Compact size makes them easy to display or carry
- Includes three different characters for variety
- Soft, plush texture suitable for gentle handling
Cons:- Limited size may not appeal for larger plush lovers
- Lack of detailed features due to small scale
- Not ideal as primary cuddly toys
Best for: Collectors or holiday decorators looking for small, charming plush accents to enhance seasonal displays.
Not ideal for: Parents seeking plush toys suitable for active play or children who prefer larger, more huggable figures.
- Size:2.5 inches
- Includes:3 Micromallows
- Characters:Laurel, Zumir, Brooke
Our verdict“Perfect for small-space displays or collectors wanting a festive, miniature plush bouquet.”
Squishmallows 20in Ulysses The Black Christmas Tree Plush
Ulysses the Black Christmas Tree plush offers a striking, 20-inch size with ultrasoft material, making it both a cuddly companion and eye-catching holiday decor. Compared with the smaller Micromallows, Ulysses caters to those wanting a larger, more substantial plush for cuddling or display. Its size can be a drawback for very small children or limited space, and its seasonal theme limits year-round appeal. The plush’s high-quality material and unique holiday design make it ideal for collectors and kids who love holiday decor with a twist. Its size balances display and comfort, but it’s less portable and more seasonal in use.
Pros:- Soft, high-quality plush material
- Unique holiday-themed black Christmas tree design
- Generous 20-inch size for cuddling and display
Cons:- Limited to seasonal use
- Only available in one character design
- Too large for small children or small spaces
Best for: Holiday collectors or kids who want a large, plush holiday figure that doubles as decor and cuddly toy.
Not ideal for: Buyers with limited space or those seeking smaller, more portable plush toys for everyday cuddling.
- Size:20 inches
- Character:Ulysses
- Design:Black Christmas Tree
Our verdict“Ideal for collectors or kids who want a sizeable, festive plush that can double as holiday decor.”
Squishmallows Holiday Fox 14” Plush
The Holiday Fox plush offers the familiar soft, ultrasoft material that fans of Squishmallows love, with a charming fox design that feels both festive and adorable. Compared to the larger Ulysses, the 14-inch size strikes a good balance between cuddling and display. However, this plush lacks detailed features and specific seasonal accessories, making it less eye-catching for those seeking elaborate holiday decor. It’s a straightforward, well-made plush that appeals to collectors or fans wanting a cute, holiday-themed character to add to their collection without the bulk of larger plushes.
Pros:- Ultra-soft, high-quality material
- Adorable, festive character
- Includes a unique name and bio for each plush
Cons:- Limited information on materials or care
- No elaborate holiday features
- Size may be too small for some collectors seeking larger plushes
Best for: Fans of Squishmallows or holiday-themed collectibles seeking a reliable, cute plush for cuddling or display.
Not ideal for: Buyers wanting plush toys with intricate holiday details or larger sizes for more prominent display.
- Size:14 inches
- Character:Holiday Fox
- Material:Ultrasoft plush
Our verdict“Great for fans seeking a reliable, cute holiday plush to add to their collection or gift bag.”
Squishmallows Original Holiday 4-Pack – Official Jazwares Plush (Little) – Amazon Exclusive
This exclusive 4-pack offers a colorful selection of holiday characters—Ingred the Purple Cow, Omar the Bear, Marilyn the Green Pickle Ornament, and Luna the Penguin—making it a versatile set for gifting or holiday decor. Compared with single larger plushes like Ulysses, this bundle provides variety and affordability, perfect for adding multiple characters to a collection or giving as gifts. The plushes are made with ultrasoft fabric, but their small size makes them less suitable for cuddling by older children or collectors wanting more substantial plush figures. The set’s festive theme and diversity make it ideal for holiday gift-giving or decorating.
Pros:- Festive, adorable characters
- Made with ultrasoft, cuddly fabric
- Includes a variety of characters with unique bios
Cons:- Limited to holiday characters
- Small size may not satisfy collectors or those wanting larger plushes
- Lacks detailed features for older children
Best for: Gift givers or families wanting a variety of small, soft plushes for holiday stockings or decorations.
Not ideal for: Buyers seeking large, display-worthy plushes or plush toys for active play.
- Quantity:4-pack
- Material:Ultrasoft fabric
- Characters:Ingred, Omar, Marilyn, Luna
Our verdict“This bundle is perfect for holiday gift-giving or adding a festive touch with multiple adorable plush characters.”

Factors to Consider When Choosing Squishmallows Holiday List
When choosing Squishmallows for the holidays, several factors influence the best pick for your needs. Size matters—larger plushes are more display-worthy but cost more, while smaller ones are easier to gift or store. Design and theme are key to holiday appeal, especially if you’re looking for collectibles or seasonal decor. Consider whether you want a plush as a gift, a part of a collection, or a decorative piece, as each use might require different features. Price point and bundle options also play a role in value, especially during the holiday shopping season. Lastly, pay attention to the plush’s durability and ease of cleaning, which affects long-term enjoyment.Size and Display Potential
Size can greatly influence how you use your holiday Squishmallows. Larger plushes, like the 20-inch Ulysses the Black Christmas Tree, make eye-catching decorations but might be less practical for gifting or limited space. Smaller sizes, such as the 5-inch plush sets, are easier to stash or give as small presents. Think about where you’ll display or store the plush—if it’s for a holiday centerpiece, larger options are better; for stocking stuffers, smaller sizes are ideal. Remember that size also impacts price, so choose based on your budget and intended use.
Theme and Design
Holiday-themed designs are what set these plushes apart from regular Squishmallows. Whether it’s a Santa, a Yule Log, or a festive fox, the design should resonate with your holiday decor or collection. Limited-edition characters often feature special details like holly, snowflakes, or seasonal colors, adding to their collectible appeal. Be cautious—some designs may lean heavily into holiday motifs but lack versatility beyond the season. Consider whether the character’s style matches your existing collection or decor for maximum harmony.
Packaged Sets and Bundles
Bundles like the holiday 4-packs or advent calendars can offer excellent value, especially if you want multiple plushes or gift options. However, they often include characters you might not prefer, so check the specific designs beforehand. These packs are perfect for families or collectors who want variety, but they might not be suitable if you’re looking for a single standout piece. Evaluate whether the cost savings outweigh the potential for receiving less-desired characters.
Price and Value
Price ranges from budget-friendly small plush sets to premium, larger, and more detailed characters. During the holidays, buying in bundles or sets can provide better overall value, but it’s important to ensure that you’re paying for quality and design you love. Consider how much you’re willing to spend and whether a higher-priced plush offers features or designs that justify the investment. Sometimes, paying a bit more guarantees better fabric quality and durability, which is worth the extra cost for long-term enjoyment.
Durability and Maintenance
Holiday plushes should be durable enough to withstand handling during festivities or storage afterward. Look for plushes with sturdy stitching and high-quality fabric to ensure longevity. Some designs, especially those with intricate details like holly or glitter accents, may require careful cleaning or handling. Consider how easy it is to maintain the plush—machine washable options tend to simplify care, making them better suited for frequent holiday use or gifting to children.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are Squishmallows suitable for young children during the holidays?
Yes, Squishmallows are generally safe for young children, with soft fabrics and secure stitching making them a popular choice for gifting during the holidays. Always check the age recommendations on specific plushes, especially for smaller sizes or those with added accessories. For very young kids, opt for plushes without small parts or embellishments that could pose a choking hazard. Their softness and festive designs make them a comforting and cheerful gift for children of all ages.
What size Squishmallow should I choose for holiday gifting?
The size depends on your gifting intent and budget. Smaller plushes, like the 5-inch sets, are perfect for stocking stuffers or small gifts. Medium sizes, around 8 to 12 inches, strike a good balance between display and giftability, especially if you’re looking for something memorable but not overwhelming. Larger plushes, such as 14 inches or more, serve well as holiday decorations or centerpiece gifts. Consider the recipient’s space and preferences to choose the most appropriate size.
Are limited-edition holiday Squishmallows worth the extra cost?
Limited-edition holiday Squishmallows often feature unique designs and details that make them highly collectible, which can justify a higher price for dedicated fans. If you’re a serious collector, these plushes can add seasonal variety to your collection. However, if the main goal is a cute holiday gift or decoration, standard plushes or bundles might offer better value. Evaluate whether the special design and rarity align with your collecting or gifting goals before investing extra.
How can I store my holiday Squishmallows to keep them in good condition?
Proper storage is key to maintaining their appearance and longevity. Store plushes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, which can fade colors over time. Use breathable containers or pillowcases to prevent dust accumulation and avoid plastic bags that can trap moisture. For seasonal display, consider hanging or placing them in a dedicated holiday bin. Regularly check for any damage or dust, and clean them following care instructions to keep them looking fresh for future holidays.
Can I use holiday Squishmallows as decorations year-round?
While designed for the holiday season, many Squishmallows with festive themes can be used as year-round decor if they match your style. Characters like the holiday fox or Santa can add a whimsical touch to winter or Christmas decor. However, some designs are very season-specific, so if you prefer versatility, choose plushes with more neutral holiday elements or classic styles. Consider your overall decor theme and whether you want to keep the plush out after the holidays for continued enjoyment.
Conclusion
Choosing the right holiday Squishmallows depends on your priorities. The Squishmallows 8in Fleur the Yule Log makes a versatile, charming centerpiece for most collectors or gift-givers seeking a balanced size and design. For those on a budget, bundled sets like the Holiday 4-Pack offer excellent value, perfect for gifting multiple recipients or filling a holiday display. Collectors and fans of limited editions should consider the Ulysses the Black Christmas Tree for its standout size and unique design. Beginners or casual buyers will find the smaller sets or standard plushes easiest to incorporate into their holiday decor, while dedicated collectors should aim for limited-edition or premium plushes to enhance their seasonal collection.
